Work location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City

Job description:

• Directly receive records and client’s requests;
• Research case files and legal provisions to advise on the protection of client’s rights;
• Representing clients to work with their partners, government agencies and relevant agencies;
• Drafting documents to send to client, court, arbitration or relevant parties;
• Participating in legal proceedings in court and arbitration as a lawyer or authorized representative

Requirements:

• Have degree in Law in Law University of Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi Law University or University of Economics and Law or Law Department of Hanoi National University;
• Obtained practicing license and joined a bar;
• At least 5 years of experience practicing law in litigation at a court or arbitration.
• Enthusiasm and energy;
• Ability to work under pressure; willing to go on business;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powper point);
• Excellent written skills in Vietnamese, strong verbal and written communication skills in English is preferred
